HAVING AN ENCOUNTER WITH THE POLICE

I remember when I had an encounter with the police.One day in the morning when my husband brought me to school, a policeman told my husband,''Stop now?''.My husband stoped on valley mall and granada.The policeman told my husband ,''Show me your Driver's License ''.But my husband said to him,''I don't have a driver's license''.The policeman asked him,''Do you have insurance?''.My husband said to him''No ,I don't have insurance''.I was nervous,because my son didn't have a car seat.Later the policeman asked me,''Where are you going?''.I said to him''I am going to school''.He said to me okay go on to school.I gave your husband aticket,because he didn't have Driver's License nor insurance.I never forgot this encounter with the police.

NATURAL DISASTERS

Many people look sad when they are victims of natural disasters.Natural disasters include Earthquakes,Tsunamis,Hurricanes and other kinds of natural disasters.In many countries they have natural disasters.People lose their houses and job too.Also many countries try to help victims of natural disasters in other countries they send clothes,food,water,medicine,etc.California always has helped other countries that have needed help in natural disasters.

I LIKE VANILLA ICE -CREAM

I like vanilla ice-cream because it is sweet and delicious, the more so when it is at the end of each meal.I don't like chocolate because it is excessively sweet.I prefer vanilla ice-cream to chocolate.

THE BASIC DRINKS.

The basic drinks in my country include all kinds of juice water.For example, pinneaple juice,watermelon juice,lemon juice,coconut juice,and other kinds of juice water.In my town we drink water of ''pozo".The water is very cold.When we made tamarind water we picked the tamarind fruit of the tree,when it was ripe .Then we added a little sugar and put it in the refrigerator.Later we drank it.All kinds of juice waters are delicious,and more so when they are very cold.

BEANS AND TORTILLAS.

In my country,Beans and Tortillas are an important part of our everyday food.When we sit down for a meal,there are always beans and tortillas on the table.For breakfast,we have beans and tortillas with cheese or friend pork skins.Some people have eggs with beans and tortillas.For lunch,we have beans and tortillas with a meat or vegetables dish. Poor people eat more tortillas with salt or sugar For example,the lunch of a worker may be a plate of beans with tortillas meat and chili.Again at dinner we eat beans and tortillas with whatever food there is on the table .When there is chicken,we have beans and tortillas,too.We think that if there are no beans and tortillas,there is no food.
